By booking services with Hot Shots Self-Taping, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Competition Agreement You confirm and agree that:

• You are not currently an acting coach or instructor

• You do not own, operate, or work for any self-tape facility or acting studio

• You will not use the knowledge gained to compete with Hot Shots Self-Taping

• You will not provide similar services or training to others

• No photos or videos may be taken in the studio without explicit permission

For Coaching and Class Participants:

2. Protected Information The following information is considered confidential:

• All acting exercises, techniques, and methods

• Class discussions, feedback, and critiques

• Scripts and performances from class

• Technical aspects (camera setup, lighting, etc.)

• Any other information shared during sessions

3. Social Media & Credits You agree to:

• Credit Hot Shots Self-Taping and/or specific acting coach for any bookings related to the project coached and/or taped on

• Tag Hot Shots Self-Taping and/or specific acting coach for any bookings related to the project coached and/or taped on

4. Legal Details

• This agreement is governed by California law

• These obligations continue indefinitely

• Violations may result in legal action and damages

• You'll be responsible for any legal costs if you breach this agreement

5. Duration This agreement remains in effect permanently, even after your participation ends.
