Studio Policies

Designed to protect your process and our professional environment.

Punctuality: Sessions are billed based on the scheduled start and end time. If you arrive late, your session must still conclude at the scheduled end time to remain on track for our other working actors.

​

Self-Taping for Active Auditions :To ensure the fastest turnaround for the industry, we specialize exclusively in filming active auditions. We do not provide filming services for general demo reel footage.

​

The "ASAP" Rush Service Need your tape immediately? No problem.

• Standard Rush: A $20 fee applies for tapes required within 24 hours of filming.

• Weekend Rush: All sessions filmed on Sunday that are required before 12:00 PM on Monday are considered a "Rush." 

 

Editing & Multiple Takes: Your session includes a professional edit of your top choices. If you require multiple versions or takes edited for each scene, a $5 fee per additional edit will be applied.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price of the time booked (including coaching).

• Existing balances must be settled before booking future services.

 

Privacy & Professionalism: Our studio is a professional sanctuary for all actors, including many high-profile clients.

• Privacy: We strictly prohibit requests for autographs, selfies, or photography of any kind within the studio.

• Closed Set: To ensure a focused, professional environment, we do not allow outside readers or unauthorized guests.

• Security: For the safety of our clients and staff, all studios are under 24/7 video surveillance.
